Our story
Straight Answers From the Person Doing the Work
When you call I.P.R, you talk to the people who show up, not a call center. We're a Fresno-based septic service, open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and our customers will tell you the same two things: we show up when we say we will, and we tell you the truth about what your tank needs. A lot of our work starts with a homeowner who's never dealt with a septic tank before. We'll locate the tank, pump it, and walk you through every option, including the ones that cost you less. As one customer put it, we're about helping people, not just the invoice. That approach has earned us a 4.8-star rating from Fresno homeowners, and most of our new work comes from people telling their friends and family about us.
- Open 24 hours, 7 days a week

What customers say
“I've worked with Ivan for a couple of years now and he's been great every time. He's honest, shows up when he says he will, and does solid work. I highly recommend IPR if you need dependable pumping services.”
“Great service and very affordable compared to other companies that will charge you almost twice as much for the exact service!! Company works around your time and is very flexible, came the next day to drain our septic tank. Ivan is very knowledgeable and trusting. He is truly about helping others and not about the money.”
“Ivan and Freddy were great. Both were very friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and patient in their services. They are fair with their prices and proved to be reliable. I will be calling them back when I need services again.”
